Meet adoptable deaf shepherd mix puppy MJ who is looking for a loving forever home with someone who will cherish her, make positive reinforcement training/socialization a priority and always keep her safe.
From her current caregiver: Hi everyone, my name is “MJ” and I am looking for a Furever home. I am mostly white with black shorts. They tell me I am a 12 week old huskie, hound, and shepherd mix. I am extremely sweet, very active and get along well with my foster family’s dog. I also enjoy playing with the big kids in the family. As soon as my foster family recognized my hearing difficulties, I became less anxious and more affectionate because I knew I was going to be loved and cared for. We are currently working on eye contact and learning some basics signs… I think I even got few so far. I would love my furever family to be active and not have any small children. If there is a pet in the house I would have to meet them to see if we get along. My foster family is working very hard to get me ready to be an amazing dog for the right family. I sleep in a crate almost through the night and they even had a trainer come to the house and teach me some skills. I’m ready and waiting. Yours Furever, MJ
