Marmite is an approximately 3 year old Whippet cross who found herself on death row in the pound. She is predominantly Whippet in both her size and her character! Well, we are pleased to say those days are long behind her, she is fit as a fiddle and what a diva she has now become, Marmite is quite literally the best dog ever, I have come so close to keeping her myself, but she is far too good to join the rat pack permanently, I just know the perfect home is waiting patiently for a dog just like her!
Marmite will steal your bed, and your heart, she is strikingly beautiful and gets compliments wherever she goes which of course, she is happy to lap up! Marmite is a real couch potato of a dog, she is very quiet and doesn’t really seem to know how to be a dog, although she has just recently started to play with the other dogs here, and she certainly loves to snuggle with them!
She would love a family to play with her and keep her occupied. She loves a walk and loves to greet everyone she meets! She is house trained and non destructive – happy to be left snoozing on the sofa by herself, absolutely adores other dogs so WILL NEED TO live with a companion. Marmite walks perfectly on the lead, and really is an absolute pleasure! We feel Marmite would be best in an adult only home.
Marmite is a gorgeous happy little lady that so desperately needs a forever home and family to grow up with. She doesn’t seem to know much in the way of commands, but she is so easy going it doesn’t matter!
