Millie is a 1 year old Bichon Frise who is being fostered in Rhondda, South Wales. She is pretty much perfect! She’s a little nervous at the moment but this is understandable as she is only young and has moved from a home where she was a much-loved pet and it is all strange to her. Possible slight heart murmur which is being monitored. No treatment needed. She’s a little nervous of strangers but once she knows you, she’ll happily sit on your lap for a cuddle. Due to her slightly nervy nature we will only rehome her where any children are older and dog savvy. Millie is friendly with all other dogs. Not cat tested.
Millie is okay to be left for short periods. She sleeps happily in a dog pen in her foster home. Millie has been an angel since she has been in foster care and has caused no damage at all. She is well adjusted and used to all household noises. She is toilet trained during the day but has had the odd accident over night by the back door. Millie walks well on the lead and enjoys being out and about. Don’t let Millie’s clean, white appearance fool you! She is more than happy to get muddy whilst out enjoying herself. Just today she has been to a local farm with her foster brother exploring the forest and meeting some of the animals.
Millie would suit most homes. She could live as an only dog but could also live with another kind, resident dog. She can live with sensible children who aren’t too boisterous but would be equally happy being a companion for a retired person as long as they are happy to take her for nice long walks and allow her to cuddle up to them on the sofa.

Millie is neutered, chipped, vaccinated and up to date with her flea and worming treatment. Potential adopters will be expected to travel to meet her in her foster home in South Wales.
