Dog Handling Tips: Sven – 4 month old male Podenco cross Scenthound

Sven is 4 months old and is a Podenco and Scenthound cross. Our beautiful puppy with amazing honey brown eyes is looking for a family to take care of him, protect him and love him. We cannot assure his adult size, but we believe that he will be a medium sized dog of approximately 20-25 kg, but this is only an assumption, as we do not know how large his parents are.

Sven is a happy dog and despite of having been abandoned, he isn’t a traumatised dog. He was collected from the streets of a village in Northern Spain by the dog catchers and brought to the pound there. He is very social with dogs and people. As the puppy he is, he is starting to learn, and he will become what his adoptive family wants him to be, because now he is like a blank book.

That is why we look for a family committed and responsible to work with him and develop all the potential that he already has. We are sure that with the suitable family, he will be a great companion. He has Podenco genes and they are an amazing breed.
