Aroa is a 4 year old female English Setter. She was given up by her hunter like almost all of the dogs we help. She is very attached to people, absolutely adores human company. She’s very submissive and obedient in the shelter. She shares a run with other dogs and gets on with everybody great but she does seek out human company over dog company.
This makes her a likely candidate for separation anxiety so we are looking for a home where she won’t have to be left alone for long periods of time. She’s an active girl who loves to run and jump in the grass, but does also have her quieter moments. She is a little bit anxious in the shelter environment and isn’t eating too well, often leaving her food or part of it so it would be lovely to find her a home soon.
