Dog Handling Tips: Candy – 8 year old female American Bulldog

Candy is an 8 year old female American Bulldog. Beautiful Candy is sadly looking for a new home due to the ill health of her owner, because of this she currently spends a lot of time at a relative’s house who is sadly not in a position to keep her permanently. Candy is such a sweetheart, there really isn’t a bad word to say about this girl! She has been in the same home since she was a puppy and has been nothing but a loyal companion to her family. She has a wonderful temperament and currently lives with two young children who she has been perfectly well behaved around, however due to the upheaval of a new home we would be looking for a home where any children are over the age of 8 years.

Candy is clean and non-destructive in the home and is used to being left alone for a couple of hours. She is a calm, placid girl who is very affectionate and loving. Sadly Candy has been attacked by two dogs in the past so for this reason she is wary of dogs on walks and will need to be the only pet in the home. She does not like cats. Candy will make such a sweet companion.
