Meet adoptable deaf 3 year old Catahoula Leopard dog Marley who is looking for a loving home without cats where she will be cherished, find her new best friend and always kept safe.
From her current caregivers: We adopted Marley from the shelter back in January. She’s a deaf Catahoula. White with Merle markings on her ears and some brown patches on her hind area. She is truly a beautiful dog. She loves our family and all they people she meets and she is perfectly house trained. Marley likes to play fetch but also thinks she’s a tiny lap dog. She’s not at all barky and she sleeps quietly all night. She knows some sign cues like “sit” “come” “paw” and “stay” although she needs work on an extended stay.

Marley is a perfect family dog especially since loud noises don’t overstimulate her. Our only reason we need to re-home her is because she does not like our cats. Since she’s 3 years old and has a high prey drive when it comes to kitty cats, I’m guessing she was never exposed to them. Before we adopted her we brought her home to be introduced to the kids an our cats and she didn’t mind the cats at all then.
