Dog Handling Tips: Dou Dou – 6 year old male Egyptian Baladi

Dou Dou is a larger size around 6 years old male Egyptian Baladi. Dou Dou was born on the streets of Cairo. At just six weeks of age he was found screaming in pain; the bottom part of his hind leg cut off. It is known that in Cairo gang initiation is cutting a dogs leg off,and so his “accident”could be easily explained.

Dou dou then spent eighteen months living in an apartment, encased within four walls before flying to western Europe where we had a van waiting for him. Duo dou is Egyptian Baladi and has all the confidence of his breed. He is of guarding stock and fearless, protecting his family and home.

Vaccinated, wormed and flea treated Dou Dou would love to find a home and a human that can accompany him on long walks which he will repay with adoration and loyalty.

Dou Dou will need a home that is more secluded because of his guarding nature. He can easily be misunderstood, but he is a gentle and loving dog who would die for you; he just likes you to know he’s there.
