Possum is 6-7 year old, deaf and vision impaired Australian Shepherd Mix looking for the perfect home! Possum is a sweet boy and is doing well in his foster home. He originally came to us after his elderly owners were no longer able to care for him.
Possum is still learning manners, but is taking very well to his sign training. Overall he’s just a big snuggle buddy! Possum’s ideal home would be a laid back family, as he is quite the couch potato. Possum will go on an adventure if you ask, but much prefers lying around the house. Possum would do best as only dog, or in a home with another very laid back and calm dog, as he isn’t a fan of rough play or over-excitement in his dog friends.
