Meet adoptable deaf schnauzer mix Neil Young who is looking for a loving forever home with someone who will cherish him, make positive reinforcement training a priority and always keep him safe.
From his rescue: Neil Young is as cute as can be! He is a 2 year old deaf schnauzer mix, maybe with heeler given the blue merle coloring. Neil is full of energy, excitement and curiosity without being overly energetic. He has a great love for for humans. He loves children and adults alike and is always down for a good snuggle and belly rub. Neil is house and kennel trained.
He is currently in a foster home with cats but is likely to chase them if left unsupervised. Neil would need to be in an only dog family as he does not enjoy sharing his people. We feel he can over come this with proper training as he gains confidence in himself and his person and he is working on this while in his foster home. He will need to go to a home that commits to continued training.
