Dog Handling Tips: Trigger – 7 year old male English Springer Spaniel

Trigger is a gorgeous English Springer Spaniel who is 7 years old, he came to us when his owner took him to be put to sleep as he had become destructive in the home and was reported to of ruined the house. When he arrived with us he was initially a little bewildered and quite vocal but he has settled very well, and has not attempted to chew anything at all! He is a very loving little dog that just wants to please everyone he meets!

He is quite the regal gent, he walks beautifully on the lead and is house trained, most of the day he spends snoozing on the sofa however he loves his food and walks! Trigger is a gentle little lad who is mother hen to our tiny dogs. He loves other dogs so must be homed either where there is a resident dog or he would have plenty of contact with dogs.

Trigger travels perfectly well in the car, and has perfect recall off lead! I really cant fault this gorgeous boy, and find it very hard to think he was so close to dying! He is not destructive at all and is quite content being left for short periods. He is a very undemanding boy, Would suit an older person or couple.

This lovely chap would make a fantastic addition to any family as he is really laid back and undemanding, but equally a lovely cuddly loyal companion! Trigger is castrated, and chipped. He is flea and wormed.
