Dog Handling Tips: Tao – 9 month old male Doberman Cross

Please meet Tantalizing Tao! Tao is a gorgeous Doberman cross of 9 months old. Tao came to us after her owners no longer had time for her. Poor girl was so scared and confused when she arrived, it didn’t take long to turn that around however!

Tao can live with other dogs or be the only dog, she will need someone that is around a lot, as she is young and active and will need ongoing training. Tao needs an experienced owner that is used to Dobermans. Tao is fantastic with children and very gentle. She can live with children of all ages as long as they are used to large breed dogs.

Tao is very people orientated and is never far from her handler. She is house trained and can be crated for short periods. Tao would make a great family pet for an active family home, and would equally be great for a young or older couple that love walking – She loves exercise and play time! Tao loves to snuggle with other dogs, and you if she can get away with it – for the most part of the day if you are with her she is a couch potato and likes to snuggle and sleep, but when you move, she is busy and ready to go instantly!

Tao loves a ball, and would make a fantastic football buddy and would also do really well at agility, she is very attentive, keen to learn and easy to train! Tao is very strong on the lead so will need further training with this.
