Dog Handling Tips: Gizmo – 11 month old male Standard Dachshund

Gizmo is a 11 month old male Standard Dachshund. He is a stunning lad who is energetic and adores other dogs. He will need to be re homed with at least one other dog and would probably be happiest with more dogs. He is clean in the house and travels well on the car, he can be a little hesitant on getting into the car but is fine once on board.

He is a little nervous on initial meetings but soon settles and is everyone’s friend. Gizmo does take a little time to settle but this is understandable given that he has not had a settled past. He is a really great dog that will flourish in the right home with owners that have the time to allow him to settle and find his feet.

Gizmo enjoys his walks and loves meeting other dogs, he interacts well with them and loves to play. He is not intimidated by larger dogs and is happy to play with them, Gizmo is a confident chap with other dogs and his dog manners are very good. He has been neutered, vaccinated and micro chipped and is up to date with flea and worming treatment. Gizmo is currently being fostered in SE6 London.
