Fran is estimated to be around 10 year old male Cross-Breed and has had a horrible life up until coming into foster under our rescue. She was found only this year with a very large mammary tumour and incredibly thin and matted. The tumour was removed and scans have shown no spread of any cancer anywhere in the body.
Fran now fosters near Inverness but can be homed anywhere in the UK for the right home. Fran enjoys her walks and we would like to see her go to a peaceful relaxing loving home for her twilight years but with some good walks too as she still has energy and is spritely.
Fran ideally would be an only dog as she can picky and choosy with which dogs she likes although we would consider homing with another dog if the adopter lives within easy driving distance for meet and greets with the dogs. Fran wouldn’t want to live with noisy children full time but has shown herself to be loving and gentle with dog savvy kids so she visiting children wouldn’t be a problem.
We are asking a smaller adoption fee for Fran given her age and the rescue are willing to fund her future veterinary bills. We just want to see her in the perfect home. Fran is neutered, fully vaccinated and microchipped
