Esme is a 4 year old female Cross-Breed. Esme is a rescue from Romania, who through changes in her family’s circumstances finds herself looking for a new home. She is currently living in Macclesfield. Here is a little about her. She is a beautiful, medium size girl, possibly with a bit of German Shepherd. Before finding her current home, she found her way into the care of our rescue when we offered help to her original rescuer. Once again, we are promising her that we will help her find another amazing home.
Esme had a very tough start in Romania and when she first arrived lacked confidence with humans. She has come on massively with her family but would still like her new family to help her with introductions to strangers. Once she has met someone, she is such a good dog and her funny character shines through. She shares her home with her German Shepherd brother and loves going on walks with him.
She’s very well behaved and clean round the house and her favourite treat is getting on the bed or on the sofa for a cuddle with you. Her recall is good at times but sometimes when’s she’s distracted she doesn’t really listen. But she has improved loads since joining her current home. Esme is looking for a calm home with adults only and for someone who has time for her. She would benefit from ongoing kind handling and support to help her settle in her new home. She would also be very happy to share her home with a male dog as she is more relaxed and has more confidence with a doggy companion to play with.
Esme has previously shared a foster home with cats but not her current home. So, we think with the right, careful introductions she would be able to share her new home with cats. If you are interested in the gorgeous, Esme, please contact us. She has been neutered, vaccinated and microchipped. The minimum adoption donation for Esme is £150. ADOPTION IS SUBJECT TO HOME CHECK. Full post adoption support is offered by our charity.
