Dog Handling Tips: Millie – 6 year old female Springer Cross

Millie is a 6 year old female Springer Cross. Millie has come into us as she was being bullied by the other dog in her home. She is the most adorable girl who is so easy and sweet, Millie deserves the best home where she can have lots of attention and an easier life. She is quite a shy girl initially and really is so quiet and gentle. It would be easy for Millie to be overlooked in a multi dog household because she is so very accepting.

We would love Millie to find a home with someone who is around for a good part of the day, who has the time to let her settle in and blossom. She is fine to be re homed with another gentle dog or two and she takes no notice of cats. She will happily allow the cat to bed share. She is such an easy going little girl whoever does adopt her will be very lucky indeed. Millie is clean in the house, travels well in the car and is fine to be left for short periods with no problems. She is a little overweight so care will need to be taken with her diet to ensure she looses her few excess pounds and maintains her ideal weight.

She is fine with everyone she has met but we would like a home for Millie with no young children so that she has lots of attention in a quieter environment. Millie has been neutered, vaccinated and micro chipped and had a full dental. She is also up to date with flea and worming treatments. Millie is currently being fostered in Aldershot Hampshire.
