Herbie is a nearly 5 year old male Collie Cross looking for a forever home. He was a stray picked up who spent years in shelter. He’s smaller than a collie a small to medium sized dog. Herbie is doing very well in foster. He fosters with 2 other big male dogs and a cat. He is friendly with cats but does have the puppyish tendency to want to pat and play with them as he is intrigued but he wouldn’t hurt one. He could live with a dog savvy cat that doesn’t run.
Herbie can live with any other dogs but we wouldn’t want to home him without another dog as he really thrives with a little pack of at least one other. Herbie is loving affectionate and adores cuddles but is generally more wary of men and is more reserved with his foster dad.
He is confident out walkies with the other dogs and goes off lead in safe areas now he has built up a good bond with his foster family. Herbie is fully vaccinated and microchipped. He is currently in Hinckley Leicestershire but can be homed anywhere in the Uk If adopter willing to travel.
