Dog Handling Tips: Bella – 6 year old female Cavalier King Charles Spaniel

Bella is a 6 year old female Cavalier King Charles Spaniel. Beautiful Bella is looking for her forever home, she is a stunning girl who is heart clear. She is a little on the rotund side and we have already started reducing her food and upping her exercise gradually. This is in Bella’s best interests and will hopefully mean that loosing the weight will give her a longer and healthier life. This will be ongoing in her new home and new owners will need to be committed to ensuring she reaches and then maintains a healthier weight.

She is clean in the house and travels well in the car, she enjoys her walks but does pull like a steam train, hopefully this will settle with the additional longer walks she is having but she is a strong girl so would not be suitable for anyone who needs walking aids or is a little infirm. Like most Cavaliers Bella loves everyone she meets, she can be a little vocal when excited again another cavvy trait of talking.

Bella would like new owners who are around for most of the day, she would be fine to be re homed either as an only dog or with another similar sized dog. We do not know what she is like with cats or small furries im afraid. Older children (over 10 years) would be fine as Bella is a friendly happy girl. New owners will need to be around for a good part of the day as Bella loves her human company. She has been neutered, vaccinated and micro chipped and is currently being fostered in Maidstone Kent.
