Bella is fostered near Norwich. Bella is a 5 year old female Caucasian Shepherd (please research the breed before calling or applying x). Bella belonged to a gipsy in a village in Romania, she loved and protected him and he was kind to her. Sadly he died leaving Bella in the care of his son who was not kind and in fact was abusive towards her. A rescuer friend in Romania learned of his intention to kill her and stepped in with a lifeline but she could only take her if we provided somewhere for her to go once she was prepared to travel to the UK.
She is in the UK now and settling in well to her foster home. She is a sweet and submissive girl who will approach for a cuddle but also flinch at any sudden arm movements. It’s very clear she’s been loved and also hit and it must be so conflicting for her to know who she can trust. Bella is mixing very well with other dogs in her foster home and has even taken a nervous pup under her wing. She is an incredibly loving dog towards her foster carer and has sat with seemingly endless patience whilst a comb has gradually been pulled through her dense coat. It is likely that she will have character traits of her breed once settled and established and we do ask people to please research these before falling in love with the beauty in the pictures.
We would need a home for Bella with no children under ten. Our adoption fee is £250, this is sometimes reduced if the dog is older. Our dogs are vaccinated, microchipped and neutered (unless they are too young). If you are interested please message or call between 9am and 6pm
