My name is Ares a 5 year old male Basset Hound cross Beagle so Iv got little short stumpy legs. I’m currently in a horrible pound in Galicia in Northern Spain and it’s full to bursting. There are 4/5 of us in the one kennel. Iv been told that a rescue group are going to help me find a new home and I’m going to be going on a big adventure to my new home. But first they are going to get me out of here and off to a British foster Mum. My rescue group calls them rescue Aunties.
Once I get to my rescue Auntie – first stop be the vet. Then I’m going to get lots of love and good food. You see I was kept on a chain in a dark shed. I belonged to a hunter but I’m too old @ 5 to catch rabbits now. What I really really want is my own dogs bed and a sofa and a family to love me. When I start my journey I can be delivered right to your home or a pick up point near to you.
I will be blood tested, neutered, vaccinated, chipped, passport, flea and tick treated and wormed before transport. Do you have an Ares shapped space in your home and heart? If so I’m waiting and will reward you with loyalty, love and friendship for the rest if my life. The pound is horrible – we get hosed out with cold water and get fed chicken carcass. Sometimes it’s survival of the fittest for food. I’m here – please don’t make me wait. My rescue group require an application, Home check and fee to keep me safe.
