Dog Handling Tips: Mya – 9 month old female Cross Breed

Mya is a 9 month old female Cross Breed medium sized. She’s a nervous girl who missed out on all her early socialisation – she is making up for that now, but she’s still very wary of new things and new people.

Mya’s future adopter will need to visit her and spend some time with her in her foster home – once she knows you she is the most loving dog, but she needs a little time to learn to trust.

Mya is an active, clever girl and would love a chance to use her brain; in the right hands she would be a great agility dog. She can happily live with larger dogs, but can play too rough for small ones. Because of her nervous nature we would prefer a home with no children.
