Dylan is a 7 year old male Cross-Breed. He rescue from Cyprus who has flown to the UK to help him in his search for his forever family. He is currently with his foster mum in Taunton. Here is a little bit about him:
Dylan’s passport says he is a cross breed, however, his foster mum thinks he may be a pointer cross. We will never know his exact origins, but what we do know is that he is 100% a very special and adorable boy. Dylan is very calm and loving. He loves to be with you and snuggle in for a cuddle. However Dylan has no idea how to play, he has possibly never had a human to show him how much fun you can have with a toy or playing chase.
He is nervous but as he spends more time in his foster home is getting more confident every day. He’s fine with cats and is currently sharing his foster home with a cat, but he would probably prefer not to live with them and he will chase other small furry animals. He likes to say hello to other dogs but may snap if they don’t leave him alone when he’s warned them.
He’s a bit hit and miss with food and would prefer not to share his food with other pets in the home. He gets on okay with children but his foster mum thinks he would prefer not to live with them as he would not be happy with the noise and may be startled by them moving quickly around him. He is clean in the house and sleeps through the night. He is not crate trained.
Dylan is looking for a very patient home where his new humans will continue the work on his nervousness and help ensure his confidence continues to grow. He would like his human to be around for much of the time to help him with mild separation anxiety. He would prefer a rural location away from the bustle of a busy town. Once Dylan connects with you he is the best of dogs and will be your friend for life. If you have space on your sofa with room in your heart and would like this adorable boy to be part of your family, please contact us. He has been neutered, vaccinated and microchipped.
