Gorgeous Chutney is a 3 year old male Spitz. He is a fun, vibrant bouncy boy with a huge character. People who are familiar with the Spitz breed will know exactly what to expect with him and he ticks all the boxes and beyond. He’s sensitive and intelligent, sassy and vocal. His previous home must have taken a great deal of time training him. He knows sit, down, paw, fetch and stand. He’s incredibly toy and food motivated.
He absolutely adores playing fetch and will follow you around posting you his toys. He can be a bit weary of new people but warms up immediately with the introduction of toys to play with. We unfortunately have no history on the gorgeous Chutney, we just know he is a sweet boy who has a lot of love to offer. Chutney is crate trained and non destructive in the house (He does get the squeakers out of his toys though) and is happy to be left for reasonable durations of time. He may require rehouse-training after being in kennels for a while.
Chutney is brilliant with other dogs big and small and shows no evidence of food, bed or toy guarding. He does get a bit “frantic” with food though and will bulldozer another dog out the way for food. No aggression though and we do feel this will subside and is purely a result of how he was fed in his last home. Once he is used to regular meals we think he’ll calm down with it, for now we just feed separately with no problems. Chutney is neutered, vaccinated and microchipped and will be subject to a homecheck and adoption donation. He will also come with 4 weeks free insurance and a voucher for a box of free food.
