Dog Handling Tips: Bella – 2 year old female Cross-Breed

Bella is a 2 year old female Cross-Breed. She was born March 2017, is a mixed breed female from Romania. She is currently based in Biggar, Scotland and due to a change in her adopter’s personal circumstances, Bella is looking for a new home. Bella is a lovely girl. She is fully house trained and knows her basic commands but continued training would be crucial and would help her bond with her new family.

Bella is used to living in the countryside and hasn’t had a huge exposure to busy city life, so we are seeking an adopter who is willing to provide her with the time and guidance to help her get used to new situations. Bella can be left alone happily for a few hours. She is very loving but can get a bit over excited when she meets new dogs so would need a savvy adopter who can guide her with introductions.

Bella currently lives with two Collie siblings but she has never lived with cats or young children so we would only be able to consider a home with older children. Bella can be a bit shy around strangers at first but once she knows you, she is an affectionate dog and loving girl. She would love a home with experienced adopters, with or without another friendly, confident dog, who have plenty of time and patience to help her with ongoing training and socialisation.
