Linda – 4 year old female German Short-Haired Pointer

Linda is a 4 year old female German Short-Haired Pointer. Linda appeared in the Seville area of Spain in a terrible state. Rescued by a lovely lady, she is now gaining weight. She’s tested positive to Leishmaniasis but is receiving treatment and will travel over when she’s gone into remission. Dogs with Leishmaniasis in remission have normal life expectancies, they need 6 monthly blood tests to ensure no further flare ups and with time these drop down to annual. They sometimes need inexpensive medication to keep the disease at bay.

All our dogs come from shelters or foster where they live with many dogs and they usually settle in more easily if there is another friendly dog in the home.

We are looking for an adopter with time to exercise and train this young dog and preferably someone with gundog experience.
