Bugsy is a 3 year old male German Wire-Haired Pointer. Bugsy is wonderful with people, kids, other dogs and he’s fine with the cat at the shelter where he is. The photos don’t do him justice, he’s much more handsome in reality with really striking honey-coloured eyes.
This breed is active, intelligent and often have a strong instinct for hunting birds. He will need training from scratch, to walk nicely on a lead, recall etc.
All our dogs come from shelters where they live with many dogs and they usually settle in more easily if there is another friendly dog in the home.
We are looking for an adopter with time to exercise and train this young dog and preferably someone with gundog experience.
